Where is Orange Coast?

Which work vans do you repair?
Body and paint repair for Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and other cargo, trade and passenger vans. Roof height, wheelbase and what is fitted inside all affect access to the damaged panel, so say what you have when you call.
Does the van have to be empty when I bring it in?
Take your own things out before you drop it off — tools, stock, paperwork, anything you would not want handled by somebody else. Whether fitted shelving and racking has to come out, who removes it and how that is priced is worth settling at the estimate rather than after.
How do I get an estimate?
Call to arrange an inspection at the shop. Bring any estimate you already have and any insurance paperwork so it can be checked against what is actually on the van.
Why can a repair estimate change?
Removing damaged panels or trim can reveal parts that were hidden at the first inspection — broken brackets behind a bumper cover, damage at a door edge, a bent hinge mounting. Additional findings change the parts, labour and procedures required.
What affects how long my van is off the road?
Parts availability, whether an insurer has to approve the work, whether anything structural is involved, and whether shelving or racking has to come out and go back in. Ask for a time estimate once somebody has seen the damage.
My van is lettered. Will the graphics come back?
Cut lettering and wrap panels are made to come off once, so vinyl over the repair area is normally replaced rather than reused. Find your artwork files early — whoever wrapped or lettered the van holds them.
My van is tall, or it has a roof rack. Will it fit?
Call before you come and give the height and what is on the roof, so arrival can be arranged. Do the same before booking a tow for a van that cannot be driven.
